BAYS is a members only DIY workshop - the great thing is, membership is FREE!
Specifically designed for converting campervans, but open to anyone who needs the tools & space to complete their woodworking project. Our community is comprised of a huge variety of skill levels but all have the same goals, to create great things in a welcoming and inclusive space.
Who Can Be A Member?
At BAYS we welcome both professional trades people and hobbyists. Although designed for van conversions, we welcome a vast array of woodworking projects. Send us an enquiry and let's see how you can utilise BAYS for your project.
Professional Trades - you can bring your own tools and use them as long as you provide proof of your Public Liability Insurance.
Hobbyists - you have access to all our provided tools, with some specialist tools available on request.
Price & Booking
BAYS is here for any aspect of your conversion or DIY project, from one day to the whole project, you can book the time frame you need. Your booking guarantees designated workshop space for you & your vehicle. We provide you with your own set of Ryobi UK woodworking power & hand tools. We have an onsite professional van converter & access to specialist van conversion tools as required. The BAYS community enter into a workshop agreement with likeminded others in which support & respect are key to maintaining a collaborative working space for all.

Tools
Each BAY is provided with a standard set of tools. All of the powered hand tools are Ryobi UK, cordless tools with interchangeable batteries. We have tried and tested them all & chose them because we feel they're user friendly, & will provide you with a great experience.

Membership Agreement
We will provide you with out membership agreement which must be completed prior to you first day on site. 50% deposit is taken on booking and 50% upon arrival to the first day of your booking.

Toolbox Induction
Your first day on site will start with a workshop induction, covering general workshop rules and the safe use of tools provided.
